Statzly provides uptime monitoring and status page services. Our platform monitors your websites and APIs, sends alerts when services go down, and provides public status pages to keep your users informed.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features require a subscription. All subscriptions are billed monthly and subject to the following:

• Prices are listed in USD and may change with 30 days notice
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until end of billing period
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Monitor URLs you do not own or have permission to monitor
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or reverse engineer our systems
• Impersonate Statzly or our staff
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

6. Service Level

We strive for 99.9% platform uptime but provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that monitoring checks will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime of your services that our monitoring may or may not detect.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Statzly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
