No. Statzly is a paid-only service, which keeps it focused and sustainable. Plans start at $9/month for up to 100 servers and URL monitors, and you can cancel any time.

How do I add my FiveM server?

Paste your cfx.re join code (cfx.re/join/abc123, or just abc123) or your server's IP:port. If you leave the port out we use the FiveM default, 30120. Statzly fills in the server name for you automatically.

How does Statzly decide my server is down?

Accepted Answer

Statzly uses two signals: it probes your FXServer directly (info.json and dynamic.json on the game port) and it checks your server's heartbeat on the cfx.re server list. When you add a server by its join code, it's only reported down when every signal agrees, so a cfx.re outage on its own never triggers a false alarm, and we detect when it stops heartbeating to the server list. Servers added by IP:port are checked with the direct probe.

What server details does Statzly show?

Live player count (for example 128/256), a player-count history graph, 24-hour peak and average players, the server name with colour codes stripped, FXServer artifact version, resource count, whether OneSync is on, the enforced game build, game type and map.

What are required resource checks?

Accepted Answer

You list the resources your server cannot live without — es_extended, qb-core, oxmysql and so on. If any of them stops running, Statzly alerts you. That catches the worst kind of outage: the server is online and joinable, but the framework has crashed and nobody can play.

Will nightly restarts trigger alerts?

Accepted Answer

Not if you schedule them. Create a maintenance window for your restart schedule and alerts are suppressed while it is active. Checks are still recorded, and the maintenance shows on your public status page.

How often is my server checked?

Every minute on Starter, every 30 seconds on Pro and every 15 seconds on Business.

Can I also monitor my website, txAdmin panel or Tebex store?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every plan includes plain HTTP(S) URL monitoring, so you can also watch your community website, txAdmin panel, CDN or Tebex/donate page. URL monitors count towards the same limit as your FiveM servers.

Which alert channels are supported?

Discord (rich embeds), Slack, email and signed webhooks. You get a down alert and a recovery alert that includes how long the server was down, plus optional slow-response alerts. You can route each server to different channels.

Will my staff get spammed with alerts?

Accepted Answer

No. You get one alert when the server goes down and one when it recovers on Discord, Slack and webhooks. Email alerts escalate, with at most 3 emails per incident.

What does the public status page show?

Your status page lives at statzly.com/status/your-server and shows live player counts, uptime bars, incidents and scheduled maintenance. Post the link in your Discord so players can check the server before asking staff.

Can I show my player count on my website?

Yes. Statzly generates SVG player-count and status badges that update automatically. Embed them on your website, forum or anywhere that accepts an image.

Starter is $9/month (100 servers and URL monitors, 1-minute checks), Pro is $19/month (300, 30-second checks) and Business is $39/month (unlimited, 15-second checks). Every plan includes all features.
